As one of the earliest PET packaging machinery manufacturers in China, we provide one-stop solutions from injection molding to blow molding and filling. With an 8,000m² self-built facility and a team of over 60 employees, including 10+ R&D experts and 5 designers, we hold a 30% market share domestically. Since its establishment in 2004, our factory has been committed to the research and development and manufacturing of PET plastic packaging machinery and molds. As one of the leading PET packaging equipment manufacturers in China, we have complete processing equipment, including more than 20 Nanfeng high-speed CNC machining centers, five Hardinge CNC machine tools, four Haitian gantry milling machines, two three-dimensional testing instruments, two 3D printers and three laser machines. At the same time, we are equipped with a 500m² professional testing room, which can carry out precise bottle shape testing and 3D proofing. With advanced equipment and a professional team, we can not only produce high-quality molds, but also provide customers with customized, one-stop overall solutions, from mold design, processing and manufacturing to finished product testing, to ensure that every product meets international quality standards. Our equipment is efficient and flexible, able to meet the needs of different customers, and can achieve fast delivery from small batch trial production to large batch production.
